Monster Hunter Rathalos Figure
This Rathalos figure has been reissued 6 times since its first edition in 2010, and the horrible sales volume shows its popularity.
This Rathalos figure adopts a 1/6 scale, and its height is about 29cm, which is approx. 11.3 inches.
Based on the meticulous design of Ryu Oyama, this work recreates the look of Rathalos with outstretched mighty wings and roaring at the hunter.
The scales on the Rathalos’s body are well-arranged, and the lines are depicted with distinct layers, and the application of colors is also in place.
You can see the powerful huge wings are covered with scales and spikes details, and the heavy painting effect is full of texture.
Its head sculpt also has a lot of details. The magma-colored dragon horn scales are exploded and distributed backward. Although the eyes are small, you can feel the fierce gaze as a top predator.
The dragon claws with thick bones are domineering, and the pose of firmly grasping on the rock can even feel the power of these claws enough to easily tear the strongest shield.

Monster Hunter Rathian Figure
The first edition of this Rathian Figure has been released in 2013, and this is the third time it has been reissued, which is also a popular work.
This Rathian figure’s height is about 24cm, which is approx. 9.45 inches.
Although her height is slightly lower than the Rathalos figure’s, her wingspan is almost 30cm wide.
Ryu Oyama also gives her a meticulous design, this figure recreates the look of Rathian spreading her wings and roaring in anger.
The pose of this Rathian figure seems to be swooping and slamming to the ground in the game. It is obvious that Rathian should swing his tail to attack in the next step.
Rathian has slightly less pointed wings than Rathalos’, and her wings are covered with eye-like patterns that are very distinctive.
The scales on the head and neck of Rathian are thicker and more complete than Rathalos’, and there is a long spur structure extending from the chin.
The size and strength of the dragon claws are obviously weaker than Rathalos’. It can be said that Ryu Oyama has a very delicate grasp of details.
