Posted by Alpha Satellite & eStream have launched a new Yuta Okkotsu Figure from “Jujutsu Kaisen 0: The Movie” recently, and it is really beautiful and shows the pure love of them, Let’s take a look!
This Yuta Okkotsu figure was done on a 1/7 scale of a pre-painted figurine with dimensions 214 mm in height (approx. 8.43 inches) and 162 mm in width.
And its design is based on the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie, which also is a part of the Shibuya Scramble Figure line of Alpha Satellite.
This Figure is sculpted based on the manga cover of the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 volume, showing a sitting posture of Yuta, with one hand holding a Katana sword, and the other one embracing Rika Orimoto.
Compared with the above manga cover, the overall recreation is very detailed and good.
The Yuta and Rika’s costumes recreate very well, Yuta is wearing a white full neck shirt with full sleeves until the wrists. And Yuta is also seen wearing shiny leather pants and white shoes. Then Rika is wearing a cobalt blue, sleeveless dress with a side joint until her knees.
We can clearly see that the folds on Yuta and Rina’s costumes are very natural, as well as the application of shadow painting. Which makes their clothes more vivid and real.
Yuta is shown wearing his usually blue promise ring as an accessory and has a red holder Katana sword in his hands.
This Yuta Okkotsu’s unique Katana, in addition to being used to fight the enemy normally, is an important medium to channel Rika’s power.
From the above picture, it can be seen that its blade is very sharp and has unique patterns on the blade after quenching.
And the sword’s holder is plated in golden with a red ribbon bound around to give it a better grip.
I have to say that this posture is really very manly, holding the head of the beloved woman into his arms with one hand, and pointing the blade at the enemy with the other, it is very exciting and moving to think about this kind of image.
The head sculptures of Yuta and Rika are also well-depicted.
Yuta has blue eyes but Rika has red ones, her hair is dark brown whereas, Yuta’s hair is a combination of dark blue and black.
Both their expressions are pretty clear, Yuta looks relentless and has vengeance and valor in his eyes, ready to fight. Rika has a more frightened look with innocence in her eyes. The way Rika is depicted here is that she looks quite delicate and attached to Yuta.
Rika’s hand gestures appear as if she is seeking protection from Yuta and looking out for him as well. Although Yuta has some dark under-eye bags because of the constant stress, he still has the intense willpower to be caring and protecting for Rika.
Yuta’s looks and the idea behind his gestures explain that he is ready to fight for Rika, he doesn’t seem to be scared or frightened of what’s going to happen to him. His sword is out for all the threats he looks at proceeding their way to Rika. There is one thing in his mind that shows: protection.
In addition, the base of this Yuta Okkotsu figure also has good details.
The blood-colored special effect parts clearly show the characteristics of blood. The dark black blood on the ground is constantly pulsing, extending upward to form a hollow seat, and the color of the side and top of the seat also changes from dark red to dark black.
The shape is also a combination of change and flow, and the overall presentation is a kind of blood-colored illusion.
Through this figure, we can sense the emotional attachment and love they hold for each other. This is really pure love.
