HEX Collectibles, a high-end statue collection brand in China, has launched a “Naruto: Shippuden” themed statue, Namikaze Minato vs. Kurama. This famous battle must be familiar to fans of Naruto. And it is also a limited edition, let’s take a look!
Namikaze Minato, Konoha’s fourth Hokage, the father of the protagonist Naruto Uzumaki, in ordered to protect Konoha Village and then was seriously injured in the battle with Kurama (Nine-Tails) during the time of the Nine-Tails’ attack, he sealed Nine-Tails’ Yang-half chakra into the body of the newly born Naruto, then Naruto became the Jinchūriki (Power of Human Sacrifice) of the Nine-Tails, and sacrificed himself to become the hero who saved Konoha.
Minato’s unique technique, Flying Thunder God Technique, is a powerful space-time ninjutsu. By using his special kunai to scatter around a battlefield, and be marked with his technique formula to teleportation. He made a great contribution to Konoha in the Third Ninja World War, which is known as “Konoha’s Yellow Flash“.
This Namikaze Minato vs. Kurama Statue uses a non-scale structure, its overall height is 58.93cm, which is approx. 23.2 inches. You can see that its size is really large, and the effect of display will be very shocking.
The front look of this statue is indeed magnificent and worth the appraisal as just by looking at it, you might be left in awe. The oranged-colored Kurama is sculpted as the most potent nine-tailed beast as it fights its opponent, Namikaze Minato, the Fourth Hokage. Their base also seems to be groundbreaking as that was the exact impact of the fight between the opponents.
You can see the nine tails of Kurama are all eager to catch its opponent, but Namikaze Minato is efficient as he dodges every other attack of Kurama, ready to land his own as he gets his chance. Namikaze also seems to be standing on the peak of the rock as he tries his best to save himself from the deadly attacks Kurama kept throwing at him.
As the Namikaze Minato vs. Kurama Statue stands approx. 59cm tall, all of the parts of the statue can be seen quite evidently, along with the silky orange fur of the beast and the claws it has on the ground. Even the profile of Namikaze seems to be sculpted perfectly along with his red and white attire as he supports himself with the piece of the rock. Other than that, there also seems to be a special purple effect part between them as that indicates the dangerous and deadly attack t Kurama decided to attack Namikaze with.
From the back of the statue, you can also count the tails yourself to make sure if it really is the nine-tailed beast. Even the tails seem to be sculpted in an elegant way, leaving no room for bad criticism from any angle of the statue.
Take a good look at the fierce Nine-Tails with its sharp set of teeth out, long pointy ears out and the Tailed Beast Bomb with illuminated purple light that threatening Namikaze’s life. Even the fur on the neck of Kurama also seems to be sculpted efficiently with minor details on display.
This purple special effect part, with built-in LED function, can be illuminated to show the even more destructive power of Kurama’s Tailed Beast Bomb.
As you can see, its sharp claws are digging into the rock, which seems impossible for a human being to do so. As it dug its sharp nails into the rock, the tails seemed to be circling around the surface to be able to catch Namikaze easily as the base stops at nothing in portraying a broken surface. Its hair is also notoriously sculpted, with each strand being colored and sculpted in a unique way.
If you look closely at the arms of Kurama, you can see that the heavy body it held was for its own gain that helped him win many battles. The tiny spikes over its entire body are the indication of it being the mythical nine-tailed body in actual existence.
The aerial view of the statue is enough to leave you stunned as it looks scarier yet intimidating this way. The facial expression of Kurama is enough to scare anyone off, but Namikaze stood still and fought with his everything to win from the beast that seemed to have taken an oath to destroy the guy.
Take a close-up look at Namikaze Minato and see that along with his green, blue, red, and white attire, his yellow hair and facial expression also seem to be sculpted with incredible details taken into consideration.
The battle between Kurama and Namikaze Minato is enough to light up your collection.
